Porcelain Black feat Lil Wayne - This Is What Rock N Roll Looks Like

Bit of a mixed reaction to this song on the Twittersphere, but I really like it, probably coz it is Red One produced and I seem addicted to all things Red One. Porcelain Black seems to have been going a while and has so far not made it, and would seem she has tried a new rote to her music, rock meets Lil Wayne. Perhaps some may say she sold out, I think she has just tried a different route and hopes it will be successful.

I predict that this will be a hit when it is released here, it will be released to I-tunes on 29/03/11 but not sure if that is UK bound or not?!? Hope so. I need to own this.

Of course, Porcelain Black will be compared to Lady Gaga, but I really do not see the comparison I think that she is basically the Veronica's in ONE. Remember them, twins - one had black hair the other has blonde/white - well combined, they are Porcelain Black?

This is what Rock N Roll looks like is pretty good, and a really good video to boot, she has the outrageous behaviour that will probably be very well received here in the UK, we do love a bit of controversy.

Apparently she knows Cher Lloyd... why and more importantly HOW?

LMFAO feat Lauren Bennett - Party Rock Anthem

You might remember LMFAO from the David Guetta tune Gettin Over, which also feat Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie. Well they are back with their own epic tune, which is basically quite incredible, love the dancing in the video - which is pretty shit hot, I can see this being played in clubs round the world and everyone doing their own interpretation of the dancing, me included obviously.

The video is a unique take on cult movie 28 Days Later and features some comical outfits, dancing and all round comedy really. There seems to be no indication of when the groups second album is released, but it would appear the single Party Rock Anthem feat Lauren Bennett is out, and can be purchased now.

Asya - a new discovery!!

Ok so Asya started following me on twitter, and I basically love her! I downloaded her FREE EP, from the website here - it looks like she has the whole deal, good voice, great tracks. The EP contains 4 really great tracks, Bitch in the bedroom, Do you think about me, I love you too soon & Reputation. So far, I love you too soon is my fave!

Below is Asya singing Bitch in the bedroom, it showcases really great vocals, I am at this stage unsure where she is going in terms of her career, but I think she has a good chance to become one of the big names over the next year or so.You will love the EP I suggest an immediate download! GO.

Soundgirl feat Twizzle - I'm The Fool

A new funky girl band known as Soundgirl have arrived, well they appear to of been going for a while now, and have appeared on several blogs already so I thought I would jump on the band wagon. I basically love them officially! What a wicked tune. I was happily flicking the music channels yesterday when I stumbled on this, normally I would probably not pay much attention but something grabbed me, I recall hearing another of their tracks 'Walking on Air' and so I listened all the way through and found myself humming away like I knew it, I so didn't know.

I love 'I'm The Fool' it reminds me of the early days of Sugababes meets Mis-Teeq with their own naughties twist on proceedings. I think of all the 'wannabe' girl groups/bands floating around at the moment, Soundgirl definitely have the potential to do well both here and the states, that is what's key, a global market and sound.

Oh Land - Sun Of A Gun - a surprise discovery tonight

Ok - I instantly loved this, and had been writing to post's this week about well established artists such as Ke$ha and JLO, well I love it when you find someone totally by accident on Youtube and instantly feel the need to blog them! So here goes, Oh Land seems to be completely new though and it would appear I have not missed too much as yet, but first single Sun Of A Gun has already had 300 million views on Youtube...

Sun Of A Gun is a really catchy track and she has a really good voice, unusual and reminds me of someone else but cannot put my finger on who she reminds me of? Any help here would be appreciated.

She is a Danish singer and it would seem there is huge interest in her in the USA. So it is only a matter of time before she comes over here.

What do you think of her?

Jennifer Lopez feat Pitpull - On The Floor

This is blatantly Jennifer (JLO) Lopez' best song and video since way back to 'Get Right' - this is doing so well overseas and feel it's only a matter of time before we get into it, feels very European, uses an old school sample, produced by Red One (isn't everything these days), though at least its not all got Timbaland on... anyway it also features Pitbull (he is on everything these days), but I like it and I am sure it will be huge, unlike JLO' booty, wheres it gone?

Ke$ha - Blow

Fresh from her UK number 1 single with 'We R Who We R' Ke$ha returns with this quietly brilliant track 'Blow' and in the video it sees her going head to head in a comedy esq type fight to the death against JamesVan Der Beek (actor) it features unicorn heads, rainbow laser guns and a comedy fight to the finish.. there is no real explanation of this video - she is everyones favourite wild child and has consistently bought out hit after hit.. fair play.

Blow is taken from Ke$ha' repackaged album (tut) 'Cannibal' which is out now an worth a listen. I like Ke$ha and 'We R Who We R' was an epic grower for me, and I missed a trick, so trying to get in there quick with 'Blow' before this too goes global.
